  • The natural bubble of the Pedro Ximénez grape. Robles Brut Nature has been produced by the traditional Champagnoise method from the harvest and manual selection of the Pedro Ximénez organic grape. Its persistent bubble is the result of a double fermentation in the bottle in a horizontal position in manual rhyme from an assembly with fortified wines.


    Bright yellow color with greenish reflections. Fine bubbles with a continuous rosary that forms a persistent crown on the rim of the glass. Aromas of a bakery typical of yeasts while still showing the honeyed notes of the Pedro Ximénez grape. Surprising and intense aromas of tropical fruits. In the mouth it is round, unctuous and well structured. Fresh and enveloping with a subtle touch of bitterness. Long and harmonious finish with hints of liquorice.


    The ideal serving temperature is between 8o and 10o C. It goes well with creamy cheeses with a mild flavor, cooked or raw seafood (scallops, oysters, razor clams, clams), fish cooked in the most natural way possible without using heavy sauces. The sushi is perfect as it requires the acidity of Brut Nature. Desserts in which fresh fruits come into play.
